Our Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We love the internet as much as you, so we’ve used the "do unto others" rule to set up the privacy safeguards as outlined below.

  1. Allow you to identify yourself when using Case,

  2. Enable you to communicate with other Case users, and

What information does Case collect on its website and applications? How do we use it?    

When you sign up for a Case account, we ask for your name and email address. We use this information to authenticate you when you visit Case. For security reasons, we may ask you to verify your email, prove you’re not a machine, and sign in after a certain period of time.

So that we may improve your experience with Case, we collect information about your content preferences and how you interact with content through Case. We also receive other information automatically when you use Case. This includes data about your device, software, operating system, IP address and the date and time of each request you make to Case. We store aggregated and anonymous usage information on our servers and use this information to improve Case for all users.

Does Case share personally identifiable information?

We do not share your personal information or your contacts' personal information with any third parties.

We will only share your personally-identifiable information with your consent, after letting you know what information will be shared, and with whom:

  1. If we believe it’s reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation or legal process. Nothing in this privacy policy is intended to limit any legal objections or defenses you may have to efforts by third parties to compel disclosure of your information, including legal orders from the government.

  2. If we sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including the information identified in this privacy policy, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets in the event of bankruptcy.

We may disclose aggregate information about how our users use Case, in a manner which doesn’t identify you individually.

What is Case's data deletion policy?  

If you’d like to delete your account, you may do so by emailing us at If we delete your account, your user profile and all personal information data will be permanently deleted from our systems, although we may retain some historical usage information in non-personally identifiable form.

What if Case changes its privacy policy?

As Case continues to develop, we may decide to revise this privacy policy from time to time.
